About Me

Hey, I’m Hugo

I’m a bodywork and massage therapist, musician, and lifelong student of human connection.
My path has led me across many methods, traditions, teachers and worldviews - from somatic and emotional release work to energetic and ritual practices.
What connects them all is a deep fascination with how the body holds stories, emotions, and transformation - and how these inner dynamics relate to everything that surrounds us.

As I already started practicing Capoeira at the age of 9, I was able to experience a world full of tradition, physical movement, music, human interaction, culture and spirituality.
I always had the dream of brining that all together and provide that to other individuals.

I am here to help you experience yourself and look into all the aspects that remain inside of you and find the beauty in it. We are all fantastic creatures and sometimes we forget that.
