This approach combines presence, verbal guidance, conscious breathing, and hands-on bodywork with elements of emotional release, mythosomatic practices, and inner-world exploration.

Through this blend, you can meet what is unresolved, understand what your system is holding, and allow movement where stagnation has been.

The intention is not only to release, but to support integration, so that the insights and shifts you experience can become part of your everyday life.

These In-Person sessions combine bodywork, somatic regulation, and intuitive techniques to help you release long-held emotional tensions and patterns.

Through physical presence, attuned touch, guidance, we co-create an immersive process that reconnects you with your body, your emotions, and your inner clarity.

Whether you're moving through past experiences, managing stress, or seeking more emotional orientation, these hands-on sessions offer the personal support and depth needed for real and lasting transformation.

I am currently based in Hamburg. Sessions take place in my home studio, and I also offer home visits upon request.

What happens in a Session?

Many people associate emotional or somatic work only with intense expressions like crying or shouting, but that’s just a part of the bigger picture.

At its core, this work is about arriving fully in the present moment and allowing yourself to be in a state of honest awareness and acceptance. One of the most important elements is establishing a sense of safety in your body, creating an environment where you feel grounded, regulated, and supported.

From there, the session becomes an opportunity to gently reconnect with your body, your emotions, and your inner landscape. This reconnection is what allows old tensions, patterns, and stories to shift.
It’s a process that guides you back to a deeper sense of clarity, wholeness, and inner freedom.
